After a friend’s recommendation and then meeting Nigel we had no doubt at all about using Ferguson Builders to convert our garage and to build our kitchen/dining room extension. Both builds went very smoothly, finishing on time and even the weather was on our side!

Nigel, Lee and their team could not have been nicer. They were always on time, friendly and very tidy.  We had no reservations about leaving them with a key to the house. The garage conversion was well thought out suiting our needs and after some great ideas we ended up with a  utility area/study and play room.  3 rooms for the price of 1! The kitchen/dining room, plus cloakroom is just fantastic and all finished to a very high standard. Perfect and just what we wanted. When you walk into a room and smile something must be right!

In 2011 I had a kitchen/diner extension built by N F Ferguson builders.  On our first meeting Nigel gave me the confidence to go ahead with the project  and his promise of 'nothing will go wrong' proved to  be true. We had no major problems throughout the job and any small queries or questions I had were dealt with professionally and quickly.  Both Nigel and Lee arrived on time every day and the whole team worked extremely hard to acheive the 6 week build time that was given.  Everyone was cheerful and polite and respect was given not only to my property but also my neighbours with no mess and noise kept to a minimum.

All the work done by Nigel and Lee was completed to an exceptionally high standard and I could not be happier with my extension. I would definitely ask N F Ferguson Builders to do any further building work and would recommend them to anyone, I would be more than happy to 'show off ' their work .

We employed Nigel Ferguson for a porch extension after having seen the quality of his work on a large extension to our son’s house. From the start it was clear that not only was he competent and hardworking but also set a very high standard. We can't recommend Nigel and his team highly enough.This year they replaced our conservatory with a new extension and also completely gutted and rebuilt our kitchen as well as re-plastering all our ceilings.

Ferguson builders carried out a ground floor extension on our property. From the very beginning the advise they gave us was sensible and took into account what we really wanted to get out of the work. We are pleased to say that the work they carried out was simply superb, their professionalism and skill was reflected in their workmanship. The thoughtfulness they took in minimising any disruption to our lives was impressive.

  We were so pleased with their work that we asked them to carry out further work landscaping our rear garden and installing a new drive and brickwork to the front , all this in the middle of winter even with snow on the ground they turned up.
